Max Aiden Ryan is a video centered multidisciplinary artist that experiments with physical and digital tools. His work thematically encapsulates the illusion of choice in relation to labor, family, technology, pleasure, social behavior and norms. The work is always created under the pretences of choice when in actuality there is not one. Participants and viewers are rewarded for their interaction and intrigue but if the works are dismissed the piece's concept is reinforced. 

Max is working as a Production Coordinator for Studio125 based in Cambridge, MA. He is also a close collaborator with Organs Studios and Founder of DIY⁺ Collective “The Junk Drawer” aiming to build connection between fellow artists of the greater Boston area.
